Do you really answer at night?
Yes. Paradigm Services is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Emergency plumbing is a core service — call 778-938-5311 anytime.
Who actually shows up?
Jon is the owner and the technician. You speak with Jon, and Jon comes to the job.
Which cities do you cover?
Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, and Sea-to-Sky: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Squamish, and Whistler.
What if I have no hot water?
We repair, replace, and install water heaters — including gas work when the job needs it. Call or book and Jon will diagnose on site.
Do you clean drains and fit gas?
Yes. Drain cleaning (rooter and hydro jetting) and gas fitting (lines, appliances, leak detection) are core services. Electrical is offered too — you’ll find it under Services.
Residential only?
No. Residential, commercial, strata, and property management across the same service area.
What services do you offer besides plumbing?

Can Paradigm Services handle a full bathroom or kitchen renovation?
Yes. Beyond individual repairs, Jon takes on complete bathroom and kitchen renovations, drawing on the same plumbing, gas, and electrical skills used for standard service calls.
