"Jon and his company were referred to me by a friend of mine so I decided to get him to do my bathroom renovation. We needed to install a sink, faucets, bathtub, redo the in wall piping etc. He did this multiple day project based around my schedule but he also handled delays caused by product supply and other trades professionally, he kept me informed on what he was doing and provide progress updates, prices were always discussed so there were no surprises and more importantly since the water shutoff affects the stack of units Jon took it upon himself to go to the unit below me and explain what work we are doing and how much noise to expect which also put me at ease as condo renovations can be troublesome. To sum up, Jon did a fantastic job with his work but what separates him from other trades people is his professionalism and people skills which seem hard to find nowadays."
